Shintani did character designs for the entire film, Onishi is given these model sheets and uses them as a reference for drawing the characters.

This date scene has to be my favorite SoL segment of the entire visual novel so far. It really accentuates on what makes the Shirou/Rin dynamic as appealing as it is and Rin is just too damn cute in it, which is definitely a plus.
