Only thing I really want from the Smash design to be in the main series are the robes, which have even been officially part of Dedede's design at one point. I just think they are a great addition to his clothing same way as Meta Knight's gauntlets and armored shoes.

Orange Armor woman is actually part Birb, btw. The Chozo are a race of advanced space birbs who rescue Samus and raise her after her colony is destroyed by space pirates and as part of the procedure to save her they infuse her with some Chozo DNA.
