Se voce não tiver gostando das cores que você ta colorindo a lineart, você pode colorpick a area que você adicionou shading, pintar a lineart, e reduzir a opacidade pra 65-85% da lineart colorida

Late but color under the lineart, use brown line art, use gradient tool for cell shading hair, try messing with water color as a shade, when light hits make clipping layer for lineart and make the areas where light hits lighter.
Sorry its how I do it but do play around!
