JUST LOST $40 BECAUSE AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER ASKED FOR A REFUND BC THEIR PACKAGE HADNT BEEN DELIVERED IN 2 MONTHS- SO I REFUNDED THEM AND ASKED THEM TO FILL OUT THE FORM FOR THE INSURANCE ON IT THAT I BOUGHT BUT THEY DIDNT FILL IT OUT AND SUDDENLY THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED
