I feel like it should be obvious from how I draw him but god I love Ohshima's original Sonic concept art to death, it's my favourite version of Sonic by far

I know Toei and Hesse Sonics are "where it's at" but for me the expressiveness in Ohshima's og stuff is still unmatched

Toei updated (?) their site with HQ versions of cel scans they previously only had at thumbnail size. Nothing new about them, and not indicative of a BD release or anything. Effects that would be on the masters aren't applied, for example. One might come, but this isn't evidence.
