for the record, i am trained in drawing bgs, im just a character artist and find environments incredibly exhausting

and when the bg isnt the emphasis, then why stress out 👁👁

Perfect summary; I got in a wonderful discord w/normal fans, I learned about 3D models & became more confident in bgs and using palettes and I finally felt like an Illustrator. My passion for this craft reawakened by the beauty of black artists. Art made me feel again.

been trying to work on giving my drawings a more illustrated feel, bgs are hard but im slowly doing them :>
Some months were hard to pick since there's so many drawings that i really liked, got slow at the end but ill try to pick back up next year!
