試しにPC-98版 EVE burst errorのダブルハッキングシーン直前のSAVE.DATを読み込ませてみると…(※ファイル名はSAVE2､3に戻し）

ロード画面がバグってますがOKでした

PC-98版 EVE burst errorをエミュレータで遊ぶと、6か所しかセーブできないので(表記もバグりやすい)、ゲーム本体.hdi をDiskExplorerなどで展開して、SAVE.DATを別に保存しておくと、あとでいつでも名シーンにアクセスできますよ
