This little crawled/swam out of the studio recently. These Mexican "walking fish", relatives of the salamander, are actually having retained their gills & stayed

Kappaccino! His cup like head retains coffee, and if this coffee is fully consumed, Kappaccino becomes severely weakened. He’s a pretty anxious creature and you will hardly see him without a cup of coffee in hand.

hehe. tail. the flight was meant to be more of an idle hover, but 1.) that's not how flying work 2.) it kind of developed a motion of its own the longer i spent on it

which means idk how accurate the tail's motion is, but i wanted to retain the canvas size...

I AM SO GLAD Haru still retains his chubbiness when he's an adult. Just look at him. C:

Who's that ?
It's Oniktores! (Own-Eek-Tore-S)
A Bug/Dark type fakemon evolution to Ariados!
It's possible abilities are Poison Point, Shadow Tag, and Sniper, which is a hidden ability that it retains from it's pre-evolution!

562 - Yamask
Type: Ghost

These Pokémon arose from the spirits of people interred in graves in past ages. Each retains memories of its former life.

Characters that I like so far:
Miroku, the carefree traveling merchant.
Ibaraki Douji, the Oni catgirl that sells sake, and tends to drink from her stock.
Yoshitsune (yes, THE Minamoto no Yoshitsune), loyal retainer to the Shogunate.
Momotarou, an Oni slaying hero gone berserk.

I mean some of my favorite titles retain the medieval fantasy aesthetic, the difference is they weren’t greyed out and super serious. Even older titles than these of course had a refined palette due to tech limitations, but it still had a charm to it atop the key character art.

This is Tisiphone Melanthios my sanlayn, she is big into fashion. A skilled Violinist. She also isn’t evil, I mean she is cold, but she has retained some semblance of morality in undeath.

You know a look is ~iconic~ when it can be remixed but retains its recognizability. This week's are the CEO's of doing THAT:

Patsy Walker, Iron Man 1
Gambit, Excalibur 12
Sharon Carter, Captain America 23

What exists now is an abomination, made worse by knowing Jennifer CHOOSES to talk in Hulk speak when she still retains her intelligence.

Crazy foreshadow/parallel in PH to Kinemon and other retainers losing to kaido and surviving, at Oden's sacrifice. Oda was planting hints all over the place

"Something of an observation. Certain hosts seems to retain alot of their original form when they fuse...

But... even them, they are even more alluring... and aggressive in nature~"
