My preference for stylization over photorealism can be summed up with this. I way prefer the work of Frank Frazetta to Boris Vallejo. Vallejo is very skilled, but his paintings often feel like models posing. Frazetta KEEPS YOU IN THE MOMENT. They're snapshots from another world!

When it comes to Fairy Tail what is ya’lls overall preference... the anime or the manga?
I’m fine with either one, but I think the anime edges over the manga by a bit because of the incredible voice acting (be it sub or dub) and of course the amazing ost.

If you compare all these, you'll notice my preference for "dramas", although I don't dislike comedies. The problem is it is not possible to analyze comedies, as the focus is on jokes and not on social real issues.
