The manga has them drawn under the robe most of the time. The anime makes her flat for no reason. I understand that the anime has production issues but she's only female charcater in the anime that gets this treatment when her robe is on..

the more I look at this the more I believe it’s not ganondorf. I’m sure there’s some connection to the gerudo bc obviously the symbol on the robe but the profile & body doesn’t seem to match up with what we’ve seen of ganondorf so far. Also their hair seems more blonde?
