6.)final hell is to export it ...There's an export function in ase but I'm so dumb at using it, so I assembled the sprites manually

RPG maker had a specific grid. Unless you're using multiframe script, you need to trim sprites that's too big or else they'll screw up in game

I did this on some of my older drawings of my OC Raschel, it looks SO good but it really hurt my hands so I simplified it for later pieces. It probably hurt because I did them all manually so if I ever find a way to do it easier its coming back.
