Struggled a lot with the anatomy of the face and perspective 😅😅😅
Took a lil longer as well to add in colours because I love the lighting in the ref

Penitent St Jerome is known from two variations. de la Tour painted a number of duplicates. The first (1620s) is in Stockholm & the second at Grenoble. They do vary but were probably based on the same drawing (technically called a cartoon) - a not uncommon practise in art.
