This one came out well I think. One of the first few I've done entirely by eye scanning the reference as opposed to sketching the proportions first. Halfway done!

Realistic looking ears do look kind of uncanny on such a simplistic/cartoony style. So either make the ears less realistic/cartoony to accommodate it or make the art more "realistic" looking (ie at least a "anime" style/proportions.Not the best examples but each half is an option

Ref eye color and hair style is wrong but the 2 pics show the accurate stuff.

Gore and body horror can go with them. They have a muscular body, more 'animal' proportions than 'anthro'. Markings are petty shaped
