As I mentioned back when I was comparing her anime and LN designs, her crown is actually pretty complex. Those red circles remind me of spider eyes, and can be seen in some illustrations. I'm happy they made a bit of a similar thing in the anime.

These are 100% fake and you can tell just by comparing an official Puyo Quest artwork w/ these, the chin shape is a little off and the line work isn't the same boldness as someone pointed out to me and very rarely do Quest cards have inconsistent art styles like this
