@TheGoldenSmurf But it still doesn't make sense and Im starting to doubt if we'll get his webcomic form anyhow. His design language is supposed to be sleek, subtle, enigmatic, and yet exudes martial power. The right fanart by Draws Miles even shows how it can look professionally.
Now up to date with The Case Study of Vanitas (manga) and if I loved the show (simulcast atm) because of the deep drama and hilarious comedic moments - and a tinsy bit of subtle BL - the manga is fantastic. I am so intrigued. I need more. GIVE ME MORE.

I love seeing the gradual changes and improvements in Mashima's art style. The differences between how he draws Lucy in these images and the changes in his art style are subtle, but when you look closely and compare the older to the newer ones, they become more apparent.
It’s a cool character dynamic with a ton of subtlety to it. The undercurrent of the scene is that Magneto wants to Magneto because he failed at Xavier-ing, and the reader gets to watch him convince himself that this is a rational move, even as Moira screams the truth at him. 8/10
Potato and Lite versions are up for Lap of the Kami Baiken stage! Very subtle difference with the Lite version on this one.
