It's a battle of #ItazuranaKiss adaptations on

D'ici la fin de l'année, quatre adaptations de #BD franco-belges à l'écran. Trois au ciné, une sur Arte.
Wind Serpent Ibushi is an unusual elder dragon with some bizarre adaptations. From a distance, he looks like a "flying seahorse" (Conceptually, that's what they were going with).
August: Clannad Ovas
Route adaptations were rushed but fun, the summer ova was perfect and the recap was v sweet. Good stuff, Clannad is peak
I don't think I've said it officially, but I'm lettering the upcoming English releases of the manga adaptations of Thunderbolt Fantasy and Les Misérables. Having a really great time with both since they both have fun messy-looking sound effects.
(Not the English covers shown)
vol 6 adaptation is done and even tho I'm super happy from my tweets, no
deep down, I'm pissed and sad as hell. I seriously imagined and wished more from S2. more fleshed out chars, and better pacing if this was 24 eps instead...
why they must always destroy LN adaptations 😭
@J0hnADouglas BTAS Harley was pretty modest and that was my favorite version. Most adaptations of her now look like Hot Topic cheerleaders. This latest videogame adaptation is just another over-designed, "modernized" eyesore. She also looks masculine.
Simplicity rules.

#Watchmen and #TheSandman are great examples of DC adaptations that aren't mainstream yet have phenomenal storytelling and make us appreciate these characters and stories better.
@SGGameplay15 HOPEFULLY soon, since the other 2 Wakame Konbu works have gotten adaptations
Sheriarty (Sherlock Holmes x James Moriarty)
My favorite adaptations are Granada and FGO. I generally don’t like adaptations where they give Sherlock a really OOC personality or make Moriarty really young. I need my Victorian-era old men.
In addition, the code implements, in a random and semi-autonomous way, some adaptations such as masking, colorization, rotation and blending modes for specific layers.

Kirishima Takeru is one of the illustrators who influenced my drawings. I mostly discovered his work on the Melty Blood manga adaptations but I was really engrossed by how he drew the characters with boldness in lining.
Tekken: Bloodline
it was pretty alright. WAY better than the previous adaptations but suffers from only being 6 episodes. was really fun to see a lot of signature moves though
@RocksAndFriends @intotstars they use it in all adaptations except sandman despite the fact that it's incorrect according to the comic
What is going on with the quality
of anime in recent years
I don’t understand the method behind producing these adaptations with such a limited budget behind them
MHA at the very least could just be a cash grab, since fans will watch regardless
Are the others even profitable
a bit disappointed, yes cos i expected more. especially the final matches were intense and long. but well anyways I'm glad we're getting a movie adaptations. still a year to go, but I'm already excited 🥺✨🌸
Taking a look at other media, BBCT has two manga adaptations.
"Chimelical Complex" was published in Famitsu Comic Clear and written by series creator Toshimichi Mori and follows Ragna's POV.
This was illustrated by Kobayakawa Haruyoshi who has also provided art for Re:Monster.
#Smaugust2022 11: Banana Split
It has the same sugary adaptations as the rest of the dragons on the island on top of being huge. It's about as tall as 3 fully-grown men when standing on its hind feet, which it does to deter would-be assailants... which I imagine aren't many.
Reading Volume 1 of Black Summoner has taught me one thing: Most LN adaptations cut out a LOT
