Chobits (2002)

A quite hilarious and heart touching early 2000s Romcom that feels so ahead of it's time despite coming out 20 years ago!!! The character writing is solid and CLAMPs art is beautiful!! Also there's stuff that would be super influential for anime to come!!! 💗💗💗

Really wanted to draw Chi after doing so much perspective and shape manipulation practice. Certainly been paying off. The only thing I’m not happy about is how long her neck is. I think I’m gonna use this new eye style. I love it!

Chobits is possibly one of the only times in a story where the entire premise of it was telling the main character "Robots are not people and should be used to replace them" and then does it anyway.
