This is what Midjourney's AI thinks "Hyper Jellyz" are...

And here is Midjourney's interpretation

Here is midjourney's take on "artwork by mike campau" and "a dark streetscape with neon lights, by mike campau". midjourney isn't great at photorealism, but it does appear to know of you in some sense.

I'll ask DALL-E 2 when I have credits available again

Got in Midjourney's beta, and it's a bit frightening. IMO this tech's explosion is unavoidable, artists can't ignore it. Even if you won't use it, should be familiar with it. These are AI John Singer Sargent paintings of dinosaurs and cowboys crossing a river at dawn. Thread 1/?

If you like gorgeous fantasy I really recommend Feiren: Beyond Journey's End! Its about the travels of an elf, who is retracing her steps years after she and the rest of Hero's Party save the world from a demon king. Its incredibly heartfelt and bittersweet!

When you are communicating with Midjourney's AI, if you write in riddles or have a poetic, abstract approach instead of descriptive prompts, it gets more interesting.

Here I wrote:
"Time is chaos lingering in the darkness, figures disappearing in the portal of the abyss" /thread

It's fascinating to see what Midjourney is doing with further iterations of an output. I headed a prompt with 'DMT' and 'mind violence', and it served me these Alex Greyesque outputs.

Again I can see elements of what I'm going for, abstracted out by Midjourney's own bias...

Haha. Here's Midjourney's reply:
