i did one of these for Virven before so here's a quick warm-up base design ref of my shifter drakewarden and his shifted form ft. wonky anatomy, outfit not included ;)

Pulsar had the most 'drastic' change, but it was just a matter of changing the tail, genderbending, and fixing the eyes. The pants and gloves were shifted to reference Mega Rayquaza, and since he's a flier, he has no need for shoes.

Nimbus had the least changes. Being a Sonic hybrid I gave them shoes and a more athletic glove. The color was shifted to yellow as some people mistook it for Suicune. As you can see by the missing arm, they're a scrapper! Very reckless and powerful.
