Tried to paint a tileable texture from scratch today, probably need to dial down on the big rock since its tiling a bit too obviously, and probably wasnt a great idea to rotate the individual tiles but I'll worry about that later

Here's the thing though, those games also had really good pixel art, it's just that it was hidden behind a weird, blurry, unappealing filter (and various tiling and aspect ratio errors!)
