Idk, for kits I give small limbs and big ol eyes of an anime chibis, for apprentices - just smaller adults with big eyes. For warriors - adults with smaller eyes, medium limbs, medium body. And elders - lots of wrinkles on the muzzle

For kits, I usually draw them with shorter tails and larger eyes and they're a bit shorter in length as well! I usually do a similar thing with apprentices, with kind of big eyes and such but they're longer
