Sometimes, when I feel like my art looks ugly and I'm not improving at all, I like comparing my latest comic pages with the very first ones... and that's when I realize I have improved immensely in less than 2 years of work.

Also the sheer difference between the final product and the flat colours, I love comparing flats to final renders, it's satisfying :D
