Reposting this series I did back in 2017! I called it "Kadlawn" which means dawn in our dialect. Bec I drew these at 2 am onwards for 4 consecutive days. Doing this series really changed the way I drew art and I'm glad people really liked it when I printed them as stickers!

GYARU SLANG LESSON!

Gyankawa/ギャンカワ means "Very cute"! It's basically a more modern way of "chokawaii/ちょうかわいい"! "Gyan" is a slang word for "Very," that comes from the dialect in the Chikugo region such as Omuta City in Fukuoka Prefecture!
