I suffer from chronic migraines and felt one coming today so I drank lots of water had potassium rich food and then have been in bed sleeping from 4-8pm .... but I might have staved it off??😩😅

Everyone is different. I’m used to getting migraines and while I know I had a headache, it wasn’t too bad. I felt like I was recovering from the flu. Not well enough to go do things, but not sick enough lay in bed. My arm felt like it swelled like this though 😂
