Knowing the pose is still important, but, below's an example of how I was using it. I had the AI give me "selfie poses" for me to modify, then I used a 3D model to help with the anatomy, then I set up the actual drawing.

Finally let's modify the hair color to silver. However if we just specify silver hair, then turns hair black but armor to silver. To avoid that, we add black hair in negative prompts.
