Words cannot express how much I love face of Taal's dragon form. I love his whole appearance, but the wings and muzzle make me the most proud. In my mind, dragons shouldn't look like geckos or dinosaurs. Taal is perfect embodiment of what I love to see in these fabulous beasts.

Well, I think I made his muzzle too big, and no, I did not attempt to do his full outfit, because the kid has an unhealthy love of zippers.
Went with the adult body, cause I cannot, for some reason, draw puppies.
And of course he has 13, visible, spots.
With all that being said, in some circumstances such as certain expressions or perspective shots, the muzzle being dominant can be used to build upon his expressions while still having a natural feel. (2/2)
Since everyone’s been talking about it lately, I thought I’d give in my two cents on the subject:
Sonic in general looks much better with the eye dominating the muzzle. It gives him a more rounded and natural feeling for his face, something the modern design fails at. (1/2)
