Of course other creatures would try to use this to their advantage. Particularly the Nightmares (in this case they were a banished race, not to the moon but a lower dimension). Picking at and growing Moon's insecurities until one could take hold, changing her.

Kind of in love with Stephen Cartwright's art in particular lately. Very sweet and almost unmistakably from the late 80s / early 90s. The warm colors, the chunky shapes, the thick confident one-stroke cloth folds, oh man. It's like an illustration equivalent of a cozy blanket.

I particularly like this serie, made from two of my images using the BLEND features. I was trying to get a background in harmony with the sand castles but I was never satisfied. The BLEND features works wonders for this kind of scene!

@variecata There was one artist in particular that asked premission to copy and reference an illustration when I was in college and I still have it saved on my phone of what they did. (If you're out there reading this I'm still rooting for you)
Years ago I created this illustration of a building that was shaped like the continental United States. Or more accurately, took on that shape when viewed from one particular angle. I tried to make it look like something that could theoretically be built, three dimensionally.
