Now this is one of the times where your usual approach needs work.
The face is too "soft and rounded" and the eyes are too much like a woman's eyes (also you should add the sclera)
Harden up the jaw and head, thin out the eyelashes to barely visible and less the pupil detail

Lazy update but Gidget now has green scleras 😳💗 if she’s drawn without them that’s okay since as suggested her eyes will turn permanently green once her powers activate or when she discovers she has abilities.
