And lastly, here's how I set up the skeleton. Weight painting sucked, but it wasn't that bad, just tedious. Probably gonna remake the hands and improve the rig to make it more user-friendly, for future-me's sake.

When I place the face on the mesh, its only visible if I have the alpha of the same image applied, and having to do that for each face is time consuming and tedious.
