hello! PT intern here, since i dont know much abt your case i can only advise for you to apply warm compress on your wrists for 20 mins then follow it with some stretching (30 sh x 2-3 sets) and tendon gliding exercises (10 reps x 1 set), plus dont stop using the brace!

Update on the son:
Surgery went well as far as I know, he's just nauseated after the 2 hours of general anesthesia. They made incisions & reconnected the tendons. Thanks for the best wishes from everyone. Just like everything else we've gone through, it's now time for healing.👍🏽
