I do think it's also entirely possible that the statue eclair owns but doesn't display could be hollyberry herself, ironically enough also having a goblet next to her
however, the statue appears more slim, and hollyberry never used a sword--

Drawings for my friend! As a Christmas present, I gifted Lilyclipse one of my Dragontober Adopts, and drew a couple other versions of it! To make it fit into our universe, we decided she was a half-dragon/half-sky elf, as normally dragons cannot have feathered wings.
