Since I paint most of my characters full body, I have the goal to get better at understanding key elements of subject a matter closer to the camera (textures, color nuances, intricate shapes, etc).

This is one of many beaches depicted by Frances. She uses simple textures, a scrape across the sky to suggest clouds, dabbled blobs of yellow give a flourish of wildflowers to the grassy hills.

I tried it too 😄 I gave @midjourney only my artwork and let it imagine its own thing based on it. Quite interesting result. I can definitely see some use cases for it in the future. Maybe creating interesting textures? 👀 Can't wait to see where this AI technology will take us

This piece is one of my favs from last year. Super long process from 3d to 2d and I did applied a sound reverb to the image to reach the textures and color details.
