I love this thread! TY! We have quite a few OCs but I’ll just stick to 2 🥰 This is Cephi the Cephalopod (they/them), & Sassy Squirrel (she/her).

Cephi is non-binary, & a spoonie.

Sassy is Cephi’s bestie. Extra outgoing to mask her social anxiety.

Both are pretty cheeky 😆

My scifi/horror comic Encephalon isn't especially dark, but it has got body horror and squelches! https://t.co/YXshJkWt59

I am Sammi, 1 half of the artist duo behind this account (the other half is my bestie Annie) 🥰

We draw mostly our OCs, but also a bit of fanart too when we feel like it. This octopus is our first OC, Cephi the Cephalopod. Plus some other pieces I want to share ☺️

The body of today's holocephalans (chimaeras+) are mostly naked, and those few scales they do have are small denticles like those of sharks. Some of their early relatives however, like this Deltoptychius from the Carboniferous, had pretty substantial head-armour

Well that reconstruction is clearly a ripoff of our Pachycephalosaurus. I have no doubt its transformative enough to not count as plagarism, you just hate to see it...

People. Don't copy other people's life reconstructions.
