I've also done a yearly Sacknana redraw and every time, I've either switched the software i use or what device draw it on
(2020> 2021 > 2022)

I love Shimazaki's style evolution. Putting 1's concept art and these BF illustrations makes it really clear.

I would probably say the switch is most noticeable starting from her concept work on 2 (so like late 2011, 2012?)

Studying the fundamentals of art with traditional media has always translated into me being able to better utilize my digital art tools when I switch back to CSP. There is no undo or quick blur tool in physical media.
