I still thinking how amazing it was that in the year of our lord 2001, (2004 in the USA) we got a 13 ep animated adaption (and OVA), and merch of a popular queer manga that had an ENTIRE custom vocal soundtrack THAT STILL SLAPS TO THIS DAY GO LISTEN. A whole ass GOOD music album.

My issue with Digimon Tamers is that even tho the show aired through 2001, they're walking around like 9/11 didn't happen.

It's such a weird detail to not add in the Digimon Tamers show, just takes me out of it
