From my observations, using something as little as "touching knees" in a prompt results in a lot of mangled hands.
Instead I just remove all those prompts and run multiple iterations, letting it run wild.
First 2 contain Painted Fingernails and Touching knees. 3rd & 4th do not.

My main observation over the past few days:
To get better success rate with hands DO NOT mention them at all. No pointing,no holding,no touching,no fingernails.
Mentioning the above = bad hands on average

Testing out another mixture model. Little bit anime, little bit fantasy/realism. It does a slightly better job with hands and fingers, sometimes. Sort of has a GTA cover art feeling.
