So recently started playing D&D for the first time in over 10ish years and decided to give my character some love.

Meet Kalastar the Tiefling Cleric.

From here I add some greyscale values to figure out my lighting. I usually start with a gradient background, sketch in some value, adjust with overlays, and generally fiddle with it till it looks right. Again, polish is for later, this is rough.

I made a new icon : D This is a different style from what I've been doing recently. It's a style I used to do a lot earlier on around 2014 and was actually heavily influenced by KHRMemories on Youtube who did a lot of greyscale painting things then.
