Here are the first two and last two pages of this issue. Now while the characterizations are a bit dated, the drama is not. This is pure Lois and Clark drama, they just keeep missing each other. I love it.

This came out of nowhere. An Erik Larsen issue. I’ve never seen this. Curious fill-in choice; his style is wildly different than Byrne and Ordway, whose work I would very broadly describe as part of that Neal Adams school. Larsen is very not that. Reminds me of underground comix.

Went through my folders from the past two years and remembered this unfinished concept art from a future chapter of "Mari Sue."

There are so many characters & stories I haven't gotten around to drawing yet! This is one of Rosemari's peers/rivals, another Contractor.

I liked the first issue. .... The second issue on the other hand when suddenly Catman became a lead character and it ended with Tim/Steph instead of all three. Yeah... LUCKILY, one commission by later.

Day 1: Fake relationship/breakfast AU comic!!

What looks like a harmless breakfast date isn't what it seems. Or is it? Shenanigans ensue.

Having trouble mixing greens?

It may be more of a perception issue than a painting issue.

Read my latest to learn about the four questions you can ask yourself to get that color just right.

While I can't tell the stories that the LGBTQIA community can tell (and wouldn't want to, because they can do a much better job than me). I will show my support and normalise it by having Lesbian and Bisexual main characters without making the story centralised around the issue.

Sometimes, hate can be a worse disease than any other illness and the only way to treat it is to acknowledge the issue.
Regardless of race, we are all equal.

Onto this issue, well Amanda pours a lot of emotion (which she does so perfectly) with her expressions on Cass. You get exactly what she's thinking with no thought bubbles or words period throughout this issue.

Thanks for featuring in the new issue. With volunteers we reveal the story of how rapid-response teams saved from drowning. There's also a trail on https://t.co/GykeZBbDsn

It's the last page from the Amazing Spider-Man v2 by JMS & JRJR. But May's immediate reaction is in the preview of (#36 was the special 9/11 tribute issue.) The preview is available anywhere so I don't think it's spoiler or anything...here.

I've never been big into Enchantress, but I dig her in this issue. She'll also make for an interesting first villain for Dazzler for sure.

Flex Mentallo So good. An honest exploration of the evolution of superhero comics and of the way one experiences the hobby through life — for better or worse. It’s silly superhero metafiction, but Morrison touches it with so much of his own truth. Stellar issue.
