The angle on his "happy" face is changed. A minute detail. A more major difference I'd say is Zhong Hui's hair seems to actually be a bit fluffier in DW8. Also, they added a redness to his lips. I didn't notice this stuff before!

Fun fact, the Black Alts for the Villager weren't in the Demo version of the game. In the Demo, they were a light skin, but in the final game, they were changed.
