Because of LRT, it reminds me that I picked up volume 4 of Mushoku Tensei from a few days ago (been UBER busy with work and exercise/pokemon go, so I fell behind on my reading). I need to get started on it soon.

For slimness, cardio is your best bet!
To slim down and tone it’s better to do cardio at a lower intensity for a longer period of time. If I go to the gym for 1 hour, I do stretching, 45 mins of cardio, then toning exercises like squats & crunches the rest of the time!

Some doodles and figures from hiatus.

I’ve always enjoyed just doing these exercise but I’ve noticed a lack perspective and interesting poses/angles.

But all in all, it helped me at least keep up my daily practice!

Were nursery rhymes social/political satire❓
R.S. Duncan credits “HERE WE GO ROUND THE MULBERRY BUSH” as referencing a Wakefield Prison practice of having its women prisoners [otherwise shackled] to exercise around its now infamous C19th mulberry tree.
