Talking about Japanese playgrounds…
There’s one thing I noticed in the last years.

Don’t want to generalize - I talk about the three parks that we visit in our area.
Other mothers tend towards “pulling their children away” or don’t let Shiori touch their sandbox toys.

Thanks for the share! I’m Rafael, I’m a traditional artist that makes a variety of artwork whether it’s fanart or originals. I tend to do a lot of experimenting and I have a habit of wanting to match the art style faithfully to the source material when it comes to fanart.

Theres natural beauty to the body itself that can be highlighted even more when there is no face distracting from it
Humans tend to gravitate towards immediately looking at faces so leaving them out lets you focus attention elsewhere

I think being short is much better than being super tall. Being super tall you tend to hit everything and crunched up in small places. But me understands the struggle!

For times where I have long roadtrips or just extra free time on my phone and not much else, I love to draw sketches on my phone. These character tend to be less focused on details and moreso on shape and feel, though other times I try my best to do both~

She is a mute garden guardian, taking care of abandoned gardens that need some TLC. When she is feeling strong emotions, plants tend to rapidly grow or wilt around her.

cropped my favorite boxes bc i just KNOW twitter is going to compress them to hell and back. I'm incredibly happy with how this turned out, i don't really tend to experiment with limited palettes like this and i had a really fun time 😭😭
