The poster for looks like a Drew Struzan. Operating between the early 80s and the early 2000s (a turning point when posters switched to pale, clumsily photoshopped faces), this gentleman’s artwork is the primary inspiration for every New Century Multiverse cover.

💞GirlsGoGames💞

After I saw how they MURDERED our OG girls, I decided to modernize the mascots for GirlsGoGames myself! I feel they look as fashionable as ever~

I just watched Gone Girl (2014), and I love David Fincher's work sooooo much. I will always wish I could watch his two big canceled sci-fi adaptation projects, Rendezvous with Rama (2000s) and 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea (early 2010s).

I was just hit with the realization that Samurai Deeper Kyo could've been a HUGE samurai, feudal world shonen series in the early 2000s...like the manga is SUPERB👌 in character designs, story & art but too bad the anime did the manga so dirty😭 IT DESERVES ANIME REMAKE PLSS!!

As you can notice, specially for those who were born in the early 90s and in the early 2000s, the song that sounds during this "beautiful and incredible" opening belongs to the animated show called "Martin Mystery" that was also animated by Marathon Media!!! 🦠💀👾🛸😆

Love all these! My personal favourite has to be the Ico box art, the one for the PAL region.

Pity there's such a huge drop in quality, the PAL version looks like a legitimate fine art piece whereas the US version looks like the cover for a terrible mid-2000s CG animated movie.

Happy Birthday to American Modernist Realist painter cited by critics as the preeminent figure painter of the 1960s to 2000s, Philip Pearlstein (born May 24, 1924) https://t.co/I1UFuArZ5O

The early to mid 2000s Sonic art work is probably peak Sonic artwork to me honestly. The poses and art style still really rocked the coolness and rebellious vide that Sonic is supposed to have. https://t.co/QzZU1D5sKm
