I loved the "real me vs animated me" thing on twitter until I searched for any animated girl looking like me online for legit one hour. This is what I found.

Not a single girl in video games or animated movies has big noses and if they do - they look like this.

Goblins got some customization stealth-dropped on the alpha this week, mainly new hair colors/styles but they got their nose and chin separated from their face and ear options, and eyebrows that match hair color. The last one with one of the new noses is my favorite.
