We see the Trappers have face paint and strangely colored eyes. We don't see these kinds of eyes with any other witches in the show, but I think it's because they're contacts. They aren't just to look like Titans, but Collectors, too.

Detail is based on simple geometry, and the eyes are flat circles. Project from view unwrap eyes with a color palette and its a simple circle (loop) for the iris's blue color.
The "reflection" is another circle mesh thats on top of the eyes. Hope that helps~
