I pretty much settled on the bg and decided to suck it up with the bed detail since changing it would mess it up but I made changes to the bg to somewhat resemble her room. I started on shading the skin too but there is still a ton left to do there.
the artstyle post-artist change is probably my favorite with how dynamic everything looks, especially during the fight scenes.
also the way they draw faces is cute
