Character ref via the wiki. I anticipate using quilted cotton or nylon for the cape. EVA foam + stretch vinyl for bracers/armor. Tunic with pleats/ruched waistband? Cotton + interfacing for sleep mask + transfer vinyl for mask eyes. Ben Nye body paint? Still plotting the rest.

I am once again unsatisfied with their design b/c the wings are just ultimately useless... i had the idea of replacing them with wings with eyes on them and instead of for flight they use them to scare away people...? if i do that i'll probably get rid of their cape...
