Went to try and recreate Emberthal in the character creator, discovered that for some reason, she has unique NPC-only scale and wing colors, and wholly unique horn option as well as a unique NPC-only armor color.

Feels like such an odd choice, why can't players use these?

I didn't put much effort into this cause it comes across as a bit...shilly? But it was a cute sketch and I wanted to see it in color.

I don't know why mister Hawkes is still smiling. If Vigil was looking at me like that I'd be hauling ass in the other direction.

Also, just want to share that green is my favorite color.

And the Dendro green in Sumeru is one of my favorite shades, to the point that it was one of our wedding motifs years ago.

Thus, this is one of the reasons why I look forward to Sumeru 😆

The characters of the Silvayer Forestdom have a shared blue eye color. Of course, Celia's blue eye wasn't like that until her embleo. Don't they look cool?

My current process for painting tree trunks
1. Block out the shape
2. Block out the shadows
3. Soften the shadows a lil and add more color. Add light poking through the leaves
4. Use a textured brush paired with a pencil to add detail. Create an Add (Glow) layer for highlights
