Entering my slumber!

I’m scrambling ideas for a new animation I want to start next year! I also need to return to animating the Mumei Rants video too… I’ll work out a plan for that but I don’t know when it will be finished but I’ll keep practicing!

Goodnight! ^-^ ❤️

Been practicing lately but never posted them. Here's one that I'm pretty confident on, also been playing a lot of Valorant lately. (Solely because of Viper)

2012 vs 2021
9 years of tears and frustration, a lot of wondering if I would ever learn how to do this (still learning and with a lot to learn) studying and practicing. Trying to get the most out of every artist I met, asking for feedback and advice. Worth it!

Been practicing drawing the Eddsworld characters since I just recently got into it. I thought I would be really far behind on it (like trying to read all of Homestuck 😂😭), but it wasn't hard to catch up on. I love it so much now! 💚💜💙❤️

2016 vs 2022

I used to get super frustrated because I 'wasn't good at art' and was jealous of people with 'talent.' Only in the last 3 years did I start to *really* focus on practicing fundamentals and start seeing a big improvement.

2016 v 2022

I spent a lot of years being not very good at art, struggling to wrap my head around form, afraid of perspective and drawing backgrounds, and... I'm still afraid but I keep practicing and studying

2007-2022

I was just out of art school, afraid to draw men and backgrounds, I didn't know how to color digitally. I had no confidence in myself.
15 years of hard work, practicing and improving, making mistakes, growing as a an artist. It's not a talent thing.

It's not about being born good at something. It's practicing, learning and building skills. If you enjoy it, stick to it!

2009, my very first tablet art vs a piece i drew a month or so ago. Practicing every day and honestly just drawing what you love for Yourself helps you grow. As well as finding that community you want to share your love with. 🥰
