I have a habit of overthinking and stressing out over this sort of thing, so the last few years I have forced myself to just get on with it. Probably bad/lazy practise for art, but good practise for mental health.
With my personal art, I usually try and find a composition I’m “happy” with within a few quick practise sketches. If I can’t find a good composition quickly enough, I drop the drawing entirely and move onto something else.
