The final 3d turnaround, is the final boss, the Gigas Zelos fused with Ramirez (ラミレス, Ramirez)
It's kind of hard to hear, but the final boss theme is a variation of the main theme as can be heard on the title screen and credits music, which I didn't notice until decades later
